What some of our employees say about working with CPM
Paul Bury – Direct Sales Representative for eircom:
As a newcomer to CPM, I have found it a pleasure to be part of the eircom sales team. Training was straight forward and positive, the coaches and managers were very helpful, providing wisdom, good humour and support throughout.
Sarah Clear – Tactical Co-ordinator I have been working with CPM since November 2007. I started working as a temp on the Tesco and Disney operations team and after a short stint was appointed as a Tactical Coordinator on a full time permanent basis. What I really like about CPM is that everyone is always willing to help each when it’s busy and have a bit of fun while working hard.
James Edinborough – Regional Sales Manager for eircom Small Business team
The main reason for my long lasting employment is due to the fairness of the company, the relationships I have made with people along the way but most importantly the ability to progress and develop my career.

How Sales Recruitment has adapted with the recession
From a CPM perspective, the significant change over the last year
has been in the volume and quantity of candidates applying for sales jobs. Some of our best recruits have come from non-sales backgrounds;
however, more importantly, they have excellent communication and people skills which are critical in sales.
The recession has provided an opportunity for us to avail of candidates with greater experience and the employees themselves are reaping the rewards 65 CPM staff have been promoted in 2009.We are continuously looking to identify talented employees and develop them further to take on higher level and broader responsibilities.

The other notable change is that applicants are more willing to consider temporary and part-time positions. While these roles can lead to permanent positions, it is still positive to see candidates who are willing to be flexible.
